Exenis Digital does not guarantee rankings, traffic, followers, leads, donations, revenue, uptime, or platform approval. The commitment is to the defined scope, professional implementation, review, communication, testing, and documented next actions.

Third-party costs and accounts

Domain, hosting, premium licenses, stock assets, photography, ad spend, email platforms, transaction fees, and extensive migration are separate unless a proposal explicitly includes them. Client-owned accounts are preferred wherever practical.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Project ownership, licensing, portfolio permission, and transfer terms are defined in the signed service agreement after cleared payment.

Acceptable use
